Kamal was born and bred amongst the Masi people, deep in the heart of West Africa. Unknown to him, he was the first son of King Madogo Shal Adak, king of Sharman, a fact kept from him by his mother. After the kings death, at the hands of his advisor, Anaki, and his son, Malinga, Kamals village was attacked and his people were enslaved as Malinga searched to kill him. Driven from his homeland and trained by the great Maduk Kabatu, Kamal and his friends must follow their destinies, in their quest to rescue their families and people, but can they?
