Bela Lugosi is a well-meaning scientist, driven mad by his greedy bosses. He seeks his revenge in the only way he knows how: by breeding a race of Devil Bats to do his sinister bidding! The town's only hope is an intrepid reporter who must investigate the deaths and determine what, if any, connection they have to a mysterious new type of aftershave that's been seen around town.
