"Simon gets a promotion and is very excited to be a business ghost. His job is to place all of the newly freed ghosts in their assigned spots. But all the ghosts don't like their new homes/jobs. Simon tells his boss, but she doesn't care. Meanwhile, Chester is hearing from all the kids how they hate their ghosts. Everyone is unhappy. Simon quits and he and Chester team up with their own business placing ghosts, Simon knows the ghosts' likes and dislikes, and Chester knows the kids'. They just want everyone to have what THEY have a great friendship based on shared interests, and voila, a successful business emerges!"--
