Anchoring is my memoir. It details what I have uncovered about myself and reality so far, especially in my journey in the healing arts and sciences. In a story telling narrative, I bring the reader on my winding journey to experience the full breadth of experiences impacting my physical, emotional, mental, and energetic self. Topics include past lives, physics, science, our universe, multidimensional realities, nature of how things work, duality of light and dark, numerous beings of our universe, and how things connect. My hope is that it reaches and helps those trying to deal with great suffering, trying to find answers to nagging questions, and ultimately to be comforting
