English as a Second Language Tutor

Weekday Evenings or Saturday Mornings

Do you have personal or professional experience with individuals who are learning to speak English? Are you kind and patient with those around you that ask questions? Are you available on evenings and/or Saturday mornings?

We are currently looking for English as a Second Language (ESL) Tutors to meet with our wonderful students to assist towards improving their conversational skills. Tutors usually meet with 1 or 2 students per week. Each tutoring session is typically 1 hour and is scheduled based on mutual tutor/volunteer availability. The ESL & Literacy Services Office is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m-1 p.m. Our greatest need is for tutors who are available weekday evenings or Saturdays.
