Schedule a one-hour in-person appointment with the Jobs & Careers Librarian for help with career exploration and transitions, job search strategies, company research, skill improvement and interview preparation.
Resume & LinkedIn Profile Reviewer (In-Person or Virtual)
Resume & LinkedIn Profile Reviewer (In-Person or Virtual)
Expert resume and LinkedIn profile reviewers are available at no charge for Arlington Heights cardholders.
- Appointments are for 60 minutes; Up to three one-hour sessions per year.
- Career-related documents (like job applications) may contain private and sensitive information. Please do not share such information with the reviewer.
- Submit another appointment request for follow-up questions for the reviewer.
- Reviewer will only work with you on your existing resume or LinkedIn profile. Reviewers will not write your resume or create a profile for you.
- Customers should request appointments for themselves and not on behalf of anyone else. Reviewers will only meet with the customer whose resume or LinkedIn profile is being reviewed.

Meet with a virtual tutor via Career Center from Tutor.com for resume creation and review.
- Log into Career Center.
- Click "Connect with a Tutor" now.
- Select "Job Help" to meet with a tutor.
Tutors are available from noon to midnight. You can also upload a resume and/or cover letter for review. An expert will look it over and provide feedback within 24 hours.
