One-on-one appointments are available for Arlington Heights cardholders. Non-cardholders may contact us with questions using the Contact Us form.
Makerplace one-on-one appointments are available for Arlington Heights cardholders only. Non-cardholders may contact us with questions using the Contact Us form.

Preferred Appointment Times
We will respond to your request within 24 hours of the next business day. Depending on volume of requests, it may take up to 10 days from the day of the request to your scheduled appointment.

We will do our best to accommodate your preference for day and time of appointment.


   
At least one week notice is required for proctoring requests.
Appointments at the Makerplace are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11 am and 4 pm. We will respond to your request within 48 hours of the next business day. Depending on the volume of requests, it may take up to 2 weeks from the day of the request to your scheduled appointment.
