NOTES

I noticed the men found themselves in the doghouse periodically. They were not there because of any major violation more so because of a perceived lack of effort, leaving women feeling unfulfilled in certain areas. The void it created manifested itself in other areas of the relationship creating tension. Women would be vocal about the issue and get upset while their mates would shut down. The lack of communication would rear its ugly head in the bedroom creating a cycle of needs not being met. After several conversations, I concluded men have been fed a false narrative. We have been led to believe that our happiness in the home is dependent solely on our mates mood. I dispute that narrative. Every conversation led me to conclude that men hold the key to their happiness. If they took the time to listen, they would realize she is giving them all the cues to create a happy and peaceful home. Learn to understand the difference between how men and women think. At the core of my message, I hope this book gives you a different perspective when interacting with your mate. The primary message being if you put the work in, you can create the life you desire. This book is dedicated to all the good men that love their mates but can't seem to get out of their own way
