No one, that is, except her uncle, Whitney Cameron. He believes the child's stepmother may be her killer. Discovering that she intends to inherit her husband's estate by eliminating both her stepchildren, Whitney proceeds with a perilous plan to prevent his greedy sister-in-law from getting away with murder

Man in the attic: A madman is savagely murdering the sauciest showgirls in London. Slade is a decidedly creepy medical pathologist in London during the most diabolical serial killings of all time. When Slade rents out an attic apartment, his snoopy landlady soon suspects her brooding boarder may just be the most wanted man in England - Jack the Ripper
