Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. We strive to provide a wide variety of programs to our community, from basic informational lectures to full-scale band performances and everything in between. We will prioritize programming that meets a need within our community, and aligns with our strategic goals as an organization. Please note that
all our programs must be free and open to the public.
We generally schedule programming 4-6 months in advance. If timing is important to your content, please keep that in mind when submitting a proposal.
Due to the high volume of proposals we receive, we are unable to respond directly to every request. If we see a good fit for your program in our upcoming calendar, we will contact you at that time.
