Join Chef Grace for this class focused on some of her favorite Thanksgiving sides. She'll demo some, you'll prep and cook along some, and everybody will taste before taking home a great packet of Thanksgiving-ready recipes.
Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen and a recent "Chopped" champ. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA. She has worked at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area. Since our Makerplace opening in fall 2021, Chef Grace has been a regular instructor in our kitchen, sharing the secrets to her signature composed, but not complicated cooking.
Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.
