To request access to FindMyPast, AHML cardholders should use the library's contact form. Make sure to select "Research" for the "How may we direct your feedback?" option.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Users will not be able to log into their personal Findmypast account to use the library subscription as they normally would when accessing it inside the library.
- For privacy reasons, please do not to start or update your own family trees on this account. To update your own tree, you would need to register and sign into your own personal, paid account with Findmypast.
- Do not overuse the product. We will be limited to accessing a maximum of 5,000 Records in any calendar month (Month), subject to a maximum of 500 Records in any 24 hour period (Limit).
