Many of us share the fantasy of moving to a lovely village in the South of France, to find a vineyard, create wonderful wines, to sell it and share it with all our friends. Carole LeBlanc and Jo Befort, an engaging lesbian couple, have done just that. Carole and Jo started their wine adventure six years ago in Collias, France. Their dream was to produce excellent wine.
