Upon arrival, authors are asked to sign in. If you wish to read a piece for review you should indicate that on the sign-in form. Reading/Critiquing is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prior to reading your work, indicate if the piece to be read is intended for publication and where.
You may set up the piece with background information, but this should be brief.
Note specific problems or questions relating to the piece either before it is read or immediately after and before the silent critiquing process begins.
You may read the work aloud, ask another person to read it or ask the group to read it silently.
Remain silent until the end of the discussion, then you may comment.
