What better way to start out the summer than with a photo contest.
Running from June 6th until August 13th, for ages 12 to 18, this is the first ever Smartphone Photo Contest!
To enter, simply text or e-mail your photos along with your name and phone number from your smartphone* to: Teens@ahml.info. Winning photos will be selected from the following categories:
- Funniest/humor
- Landscape/nature/animals
- Urban/rural
- Portrait (you or someone else)
- Finally, all winning photos will be submitted into the final category. “Best photo.”
Submit as many as you want. Be creative and come up with the most interesting photo you can! Your photo will be uploaded to our Flickr and Teen webpage. All winners will receive cash prizes.

* Non-smartphones can enter too, just send a sample picture to Teenlibrarian@ahml.info so we can check the quality of the photo.
