I was at U.S. Cellular Field last night gorging on ballpark food and marveling at the sport of baseball and it struck me today, in my office: "Oh yeah! Isn't there a baseball book just out recently for teens that's supposed to be really good?" There is. It's called Shakespeare Makes the Playoffs by Ron Koertge. Weird title because it's a weird book. It's written in free-verse my friends ... an odd way to read a story and one you'll fly through. Some interesting facts about the author:
1) He sees 60-70 movies (in the theater) a year! 2) He bets on horses. 3)He's a big Triple AAA baseball fan.
I found this interview of the author online and it's an interesting one!
P.S. My Grandma calls ballgames ... "gallbames". She's a funny one.

P.S. Tried to post a reply to the OK Go video but it said the discussion was closed so I'm postin' it here! :] those guys and their videos are way cool; their treadmill one (which was on the TV that got smashed in part of the contraption) is also great!
