I was thrilled when I found this book in the Marketplace section. After asking friends, my doctor, and searching the internet for advice, and receiving less than helpful or contradictory information, this book was a godsend. Although, it is written by an athlete who is in WAY better shape than myself, she still provides incredibly sound information and gives you confidence to proceed with your workouts while listening to your body. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a current or former athlete, or just into fitness and health.
