Correcting Discrepancies
In the course of circulating materials, the Library performs close to two
million checkouts annually, and as a result, there are rare occasions when
errors are made with regard to patrons' accounts.
If you believe an error has occurred with regard to your account, please
double-check your information to make sure it is accurate (check a second time
around your home if you believe you have returned an item).
Please bear in mind that there may be some delay before returned items are reflected in your online account. Items are not checked in while the Library is closed, and items returned at the end of the day or after hours are checked in when the Library opens the next day.
