Save Gas and Time at the Drive-up
To help cut down the wait time at the drive-up window, beginning May 1, we will no longer accept late fees there. It’s part of a pilot program to evaluate our customer service at the drive-up window.

“We want to save time and gas for our users by providing quicker service,” states Circulation Services Manager Jeremy Andrykowski. “Customers with late fees can still pick up their reserved items at the drive-up, but can pay their fees either online or at the Checkout Desk.”

To pay online, click on My Account. Then click on Pay. (This only appears when you have a late fee.)

Paying online is just one of the services on our web site. You can also reserve and renew online, look up information in your account, start a reading history and sign up for eNewsletters.
