Can't Log In?

Still can't log in?
  • As of January 2012, a new username and password is required for reviewing checked out items, renewals, holds, and more.  

  • A new account is also required for using research databases. (AHML cardholders only.)
  • Set up a new account by completing the new account form.
  • If you supplied an email when you created your account, check your registration email to retrieve your username. If you did not supply an email, call 847-392-0100 for assistance.
  • If you forgot your password, visit our password reset page and answer the questions to receive a one-time login link to reset your password.
  • Your new card number needs to be linked to your existing online account.
  • Log in to your account, click on your old library card number, type your new card number into the "Library Card Number" field, and click "Save" to make the change permanent.
  • Note: If you used your old card number as the answer to your secret question, please update that in your account settings.
  • Your username is not case-sensitive, but your password is case-sensitive.
  • Do not enter additional spaces and dashes unless you used them when creating your username and password.
  • If you still can't log in, call 847-392-0100 for assistance.
If your status is Confirmed Registration, your spot for the event is confirmed.

If registration for this event is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. Wait listed registrants are moved to the confirmed registration list (in the order of registration) when cancelations are received. You will receive an email notification if you are moved from the wait list to the confirmed registration list.
