THE ARDENNES tells the story of the complex relationship between two brothers, working class criminals Dave and Kenny. When Kenny, the younger brother, is released from prison years sooner than expected, he's eager to resume their former ways, but doesn't realize that his brother and erstwhile girlfriend Sylvie have been clean for years and are now expecting their first child together. Yet no one, including Dave, knows how to tell Kenny. Drugs, crime and the bonds of brotherhood connive to create this dark crime thriller, which explodes in a spiral of unforeseen violence, trampling everything and everyone along the way
