Tommy Cowley is a young father afflicted with chronic agoraphobia since his wife was brutally attacked by a gang of twisted feral children. Trapped in the dilapidated suburb of Edenstown, he finds himself terrorized by the same gang, who now seems intent on taking his baby daughter.
