Just another self-help book

As self-help book goes it is good. I'v had read most self help books, they all pretty much all say the same thing. She just puts another twist on it. I am not saying that it is a waste of time reading this book, because there is always a little tidbit that could be speaking to you,and not to me. It is a well written book, and a very easy read. If you like reading books like this, I do recomend it.
