The Friends of the Arlington Heights Memorial Library is a not-for-profit
organization that raises funds to provide programs, materials, equipment, and
artwork for the library. The Friends sponsor four yearly used book sales and
have donated over $1,000,000 in purchases to the library since the group's
formation in 1969.
The Friends' Book Boutique offers used books and magazines for sale throughout
the year. It is located at the library Information Center on the first level
near the Fiction, Music & Movies Desk.

Membership

Membership in the Friends of the Library is open to people of all ages. Both Arlington Heights residents and nonresidents are welcome. Several membership categories are available and all contributions are tax deductible.
The Friends of the Library membership year is April 1–March 31.
Applications for the Friends of the Arlington Heights Memorial Library are available at the Reception Desk on the library's second level. You may also view and
